Player Info  Equipment & Prep

Players should arrive for practices on time, dressed in layers, and equipped with the following:

• Shin guards

• Socks pulled up so they completely cover the shin guard

• Proper footwear

  • U6 or U8: Sneakers or soccer cleats are allowed 

  • U10 and Up: SOCCER cleats are required

    • *Baseball, football and lacrosse cleats (i.e. any cleat with a "toe cleat") are NOT permitted. 

• A soccer ball*

  • Size 3 for U6 and U8

  • Size 4 for U10 and U12

  • Size 5 for U15 and U18

• Water bottle*

• Sunscreen and/or bug spray is also recommended.
